These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WhisperWatch platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by RSSIVibes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. License Keys and Subscriptions

Access to downloads and certain features requires a valid license key. License keys are issued at the Company’s discretion and may be revoked if these Terms are violated. Time-limited licenses expire after the duration specified in the license key, counted from first use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available through the Service are the property of RSSIVibes LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSSIVIBES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSSIVibes LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
